Sensitivity Analysis on Parameters of Three Conventional and one new Remote Sensing Radiometric Correction Methods in order to Produce Accurate Change Map

Change detection using remote sensing images is one of the most important applications in Geomatics’. Radiometric correction of multi-temporal images is one of the preliminary and important stages in change detection. In this paper, the sensitivity analysis on overall accuracy of change map obtained from three conventional and one new radiometric correction methods is investigated. The radiometric correction methods were implemented over two regions, including Alaska and Uromia Lake, and two-dates Landsat images. According to results achieved, the proposed method has a higher accuracy with respect to others. Moreover, the sensitivity of overall accuracy of other methods with respect to their parameters is high.
